About Leonardo da Vinci Experience Rome
Although most famous for his incredible art, Leonardo da Vinci was also in fact a polymath which means his knowledge and expertise spanned multiple subjects. He was a painter, a scientist, an inventor, a cartographer, a geologist and a pacifist. Leonardo was an impressive gentleman!
The Leonardo da Vinci Experience in Rome contains 50 of his inventions, from his flying machines to a room of mirrors, as well as multiple artworks as well, of course. There is a hall dedicated to some of his most famous artwork showing reproductions of some of his best pieces, including the Mona Lisa.
Another of the 5 halls is dedicated to sketches and first versions of his inventions such as the bicycle, the helicopter, a crossbow and even a parachute!
This is a fun place to visit!
